Along with scrapbooking I also make all occasion note cards. Some are customized to a specific event such as new baby, wedding, anniversary or birthday. Others are general note cards that can be sent just to say "Hi". With all the technology today, we sometimes lose sight of how much a handwritten note can make someone feel special and brighten someone's day. My mother taught me a very important lesson growing up that I am passing on to my children, even at their very young age. She always made sure that we sent personal "Thank You" cards to friends and relatives after recieving a gift, for whatever occasion. My children are too little to write their own notes, so we make the cards together and they sign their own name.
Keep cards on hand at home so you'll always be prepared to send a quick note when a family member gets married, has a baby or even a "Just To Say Hi" card to that friend you haven't talked to in a while.I can also do invitations, ready for you to fill in all of the important party details.
